Try for free promotion (February 2018)

This offer applies to Qualifying Members who have opened an investor account on the WiseAlpha platform between 00:01 on 22th February 2018 and 23:59 on 30th April 2018 (the “Offer Period”).

1. This offer is open to new WiseAlpha members who open an investor account (“Qualifying Member”) and make a minimum £100 purchase of a WiseAlpha product during the Offer Period.

2. To qualify members need to enter the promotion code at the initial account registration stage.

3. All members who meet the qualifying conditions are entitled to 0% fees on WiseAlpha products ordered and funded using the platform over the life of those investments (up to a maximum of £1,000,000) during the Offer Period.

4. The Qualifying Member will pay 0% fees from the date of investment in the Notes. We determine this by way of granting a Qualifying member a fee credit representing the amount of the annual 1% Services Fee which would be applied to the amount invested in the Notes during the Offer period.

As an example a WiseAlpha member who transfers in and invests £1,000 in Notes during the Offer Period will receive a fee credit of £10 per annum which would offset any Service fees that could be incurred on the £1,000 invested in the Notes until they are repaid.

5. Only one code can be claimed per qualifying member.

6. Qualifying members must be aged 18 or over with a UK bank account. Codes cannot be used for children.

8. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of this offer to any customer or group of customers.

9. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice.

10. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
