This offer applies to Qualifying Members who have opened an investor account on the WiseAlpha platform between 00:01 on 01st December 2017 and 23:59 on 28th February 2018 (the “Offer Period”).

1. This offer is open to new WiseAlpha members who open an investor account (“Qualifying Member”) and make a purchase of a WiseAlpha product of a minimum £100 value during the Offer Period.

2. To qualify members need to enter the code at the initial account registration stage.

3. All members who meet the qualifying conditions are entitled to a Sign Up Credit of £10.

4. The Sign Up Credit will be applied into the Qualifying member’s account immediately upon successful opening of an account.

5. Only one code can be claimed per qualifying member.

6. The validity of the code cannot be extended past 23.59 28th Feb 2018.

7. Qualifying members must be aged 18 or over with a UK bank account. Codes cannot be used for children.

8. Please note that the minimum transaction value is £100 for any bond listed on WiseAlpha. The price difference can be paid with debit card or bank transfer.

9. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice.

10. Promotional codes can be used in conjunction with other offers.

11. Customers must pass WiseAlpha’s standard AML & KYC checks.

12. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, your contract with WiseAlpha Technologies and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract and these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
